Below you will find the simple step by step instructions I came up with after some trial and error.
1. After you have downloaded the torrent (obviously)
Click on the folder "ENG".
2.Choose between N360-TW(which does EVERYTHING), NAV-TW(this protects you just for web surfing), or NIS-TW(protects for web surfing and some viruses.
3. Click on one of the above options and it will automatically start installing.
4. Click on the "WINDOWS" button and click "RESTART" (this will restart the system)
5. As the system starts to reboot, HOLD the F8 Key and not just press it (this is for windows 7, for Vista,XP,etc etc you can Google it.
6. Keep holding the F8 key until it gives you the Options of starting with Safe Mode or Safe mode with some other features.
7. With the DOWN arrow highlight the "SAFE MODE" option and press ENTER.
8. Once your computer/laptop is on Safe Mode, click the folder titled "ACTIVATION", then Click on NTR_2014
9. You will then see a box that describes what kind of system your computer/laptop has and tabs labeled RESET and CONVERT.
10. Click on the "CONVERT' tab and you will get the 180 day trial. to finish the activation, it will ask you for an email, password, and your region(the country your in). Once you set those up it will let you know your Subscription status has 180 days.
11. You will see a pop up letting you know your protection is out of date and it will ask you to perform updates. DO the updates, then you will see another pop up asking you if you want to do the "PATCH", go ahead and click on "PATCH". Your computer/laptop will restart and now you are DONE. You might get a notice box saying Norton couldn't do the "PATCH" because it couldn't close all applications/drivers. Do NOT worry because Norton will automatically restart your computer/laptop to do the "PATCH".
